Toledo Pet Farm Rescue in Toledo, Ohio was established in 2015 by co-founders Britni Wilson-Carleton and Tara Hubbard out of their passion for animal welfare, rescue, and compassionate outreach. All animals adopted out through Toledo Pet Farm are spayed/neutered/microchipped/vaccinated before adoption and will receive a free vet exam within 2 weeks after being adopted from our shelter.
After two dogs were discovered wandering along Interstate 75 in Toledo, local rescue groups and good Samaritans quickly came together to ensure they were taken in for safe keeping. While initially, the Compassionate Village rescue took them in; due to capacity issues within their facility however, Toledo Pet Farm offered their home instead; currently being boarded, TPF offers donation opportunities that will assist with paying for their care.
